  1. $68 shipped via usps Priority Mail.

R-4S compound, Porterfield part # AP 389. Brand New. Have the new burnishing material present on friction surface and there are no fingerprints or grease/oil on them.

I had a Starion but never got around to installing these.

It seems I can't get the photos small enough to upload here so I'm going to place an ad on CL Seattle too, and it will have the photos.

  2. Battery relocated to trunk (TEP integrated rear strut brace), front strut brace is Cusco, New Tokico Blue struts all around, '89 ECU, Brand new complete jolyrgr 2.5" turbo-back full exhaust system, 1st gen Eclipse BOV, New O2 Sensor, new NGK Iridium plugs, Accel yellow coil, stock engine/stock turbo, new battery. A/C deleted. LSD. K&N washable air filter in stock air cleaner canister. 1987 Starion ESI-R Mexico Red, Black leather, 5 spd, 1st gen Eclipse steering wheel (looks OEM; only better). Black front end bra. 8" fronts, 225/50-16; 9" rears, 245/45-16 with new tires. Pop-up headlights are permanently popped-up (as far as I am concerned. I am done messing around with them). All window glass is good. Interior is in very nice condition; slightly scuffed black leather should be touched-up in spots. Fun to drive, especially out on the open road; it's a nice cruiser. Clear title, current plates.

149K miles. I've owned this car for 15 years. I had it repainted stock color about 12 years ago but it has oxidized since. No rust. $2,900. Cash or PayPal only. David at 360 204-5427, or 360 710-3136, or PM me.

  3. That seems like a lot of work to do and end up with the belt anchored to the door. Why not disconnect the electrical supply to the shoulder seatbelt motor while it is parked in the rider on-board position, then unbolt the belt end and use a caribeener/clip instead of a bolt there? When you go to drive, just clip-in at the shoulder and attach your lap belt?
  4. ah, I see. But some of the OEM type actually screw into the 2-bolt flange mount and it's likely the threads are the same to screw it directly into the bung on the new exhaust.

BTW, I bought one of these systems and have yet to install it, but I want to comment that the workmanship and materials look excellent and the transaction/shipping/packaging was flawless. Very nice item.

  5. Those are great ideas. My sender is "open" at ambient temp and I assume (or I could test it in hot water up to 212 degrees F to know) that it "closes to ground" when it reaches a specific temperature. So, an idiot light or buzzer would be easy to wire up.

Thanks for the vacuum diagram/photo, now I can double-check mine as I think the arrangement was messed with on my car.
