There is no title...It was intended to race on the strip.It needs a full brake job,Full exaust,and full fuel delivery.However the undercarrige was crezy reinforced to esure the body doesnt twist. This is a short description Here's a list of what's been done... 10 point roll cage (6 points are in, sidebars & roof hoop are left out untill interior and wiring is done), 18 circuit Painless Wiring harness, 20 Gallon Triangle Engineering aluminum fuel cell with foam, Summit electric fuel pump, Summit fuel pressure regulator, custom modified Kenny Brown subframe connectors, Custom transmission crossmember (removable for transmission R&R), custom rear end reinforcement/locator kit to keep the rear end positively located during heavy acceleration/braking/turning also helps keep the rear end located for high horsepower that will be put to it, transmission tunnel has been replaced with one from a Mustang to clear the C-4 transmission, front subframe has been re-welded to reinforce the scarce tac welds that were there from the factory, front subframe has been reinforced by boxing it in 1/4" steel, Front engine compartment has been Rhino Coated white, new headliner installed, front subframe notched for exhaust clearance, C-4 has been professonally built to handle more horsepower and punishment than that engine could ever put to it (built to be manually up and downshifted and handle lots of power), Engine is a 69 model 351-W bored .030 over (which makes it 358 cid.) has cast pistons in it but has only about 2500 miles on it, 750 cfm double pumper carburetor, motor and transmission are in the car now, new brake calipers and hoses are on all the corners, motor has headers from 302 Mustang on it, radiator is from a Pontiac Fiero, THE ENGINE PUTS OUT 430 HORSEPOWER This when we got the car started...Its a crude way to start it...but its all we had. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pFRQi9InXo Heres a video of it....

My wifes ok she got cut by the seat belt...however the car didnt do so well....... this was 7900 will claton pkwy(in front of the court house...)She pulled out and the other truck didnt stop....I was at work 30 miles away and ran a s*** ton of red lights...The call came from her dad and all he said was..." are u sitting down".Not knowing what was going on my heart sank and i panic'ed.Got to the scene ...Sigh of refief!!!!Shes ok....... HERES THE CARNAGE!!!

Well, Some great things have been goimg on since i last posted. First off i got married this past saturday..88 tsi (thomas) was there as my best man. And getting the black 88 back on the road. West side performance will now get a chance to test the block and head for cracks.Ive got another block and head if they are. HAHA!!!...Yea..That was a photosmart hp camera..The sound and picture was real bad..Im going to do that again with a better camera this time...And there is a correction...According to conquest 351 the engine hasnt been started in over 9 years......... :eek1bluegreen: ....I promised i would get this project underway....Thankyou brian for the comments on youtube...It means a lot. That i have no idea.....lol...The engine is a little of a mystery.

The fuel punp is defenitly not stock...Infact the tank is not stock either...Theres a fuel cell in the back.The fuel lines were not even hooked up.The carb is a holly double pumper.....

Its a front sump pan..

Just a quick reminder...Those in houston or even close to it,I will be hosting a car meet in the next few months.Also those v8 projects ive got will be a reality soon.Ill need some help getting a motor out and into another car. The 1989 conquest will be the first to run.... Ive got all of the tools. Just need a engine stand...Any donors?..lol I dont have any idea what kind of power the 351 will put out :fighting0061:
