  5. It is a very tight spot where the fuel lines needed to slip through so another bracket was in order.

  8. I made some filter brackets out of some two hole straps a vice and a hammer I then sand blasted the basckets.

  13. I sand blasted the OEM brackets and made two others that would be needed for mounting the filter.
  14. So I pulled the tank. Fortunately it had a full tak of gas and a good power washed the inside. Once it was washed out It was very clean for a 26 year old tank. My bro then donated a Paxton filter and wLboro pump along with a few an fittings from projects past in his shop.
  15. Wanting to get it running right with all the factory stuff before I try to modify the car with exception of the 16g. My next task was to get the fuel tank strait.

  17. Replaced hardware new studs and nuts on everything.

  19. All new studs and nuts and I put the replacement ex. manifold, 16g ex scroll and 16g back on the engine.
  20. I started by testing the compression 129 to 130 on each cylinder and a clean leakdown test on each cylinder. With all of this good I went to work with a tortch and some broken stud and nut removal tool. I was able to remove all the hardware with little problem.

  22. fortunately he put 99 ℅ of the stuff he removed in the hatch, there were even a few extras in there. So most everything to fix the car is there.
