I appreciate the input guys! The contacts are sound - the problem is i am not getting continuity between Terminals 8 to 4. http://i1289.photobucket.com/albums/b519/Calquest/20140122_141909_zps11f442a7.jpg The FSM states on 14-70 of the fuel ECI chapter that i should get a zero resistance from these terminals and no continuity if i reverse the polarity (which is true of mine) due to the Diode. The relay Passes all other powered and unpowered tests. Fails the one i previously stated. I'm waiting on a few individuals to PM me back.

Hey guys, I need a replacement ECI relay - The 8 pin gold relay located above the ECU and directly to the right of the Blower. Ayyrocky - may have been me, I have factory exhaust though - still sounds nice. Was looking at aquiring aftermarket and going with HKS LET-M01 if the factory muffler finally degrades and can get my hands on a M01. Any thoughts? Importwarrior - I would not have heeded the advice you gave as heavily as I do now AFTER I cleaned, resurfaced and lightly greased (dielectric) all grounds and connections. Ordered new fusibles from engine machine service as well (awesome folks). The difference was night and day and honestly felt like I was driving a different car. I now feel like the significance of clean electrical connections in these cars can not be stressed enough.

I've heard to tote a spare knock box with you since you have an 87 - pre 88 knock boxes are known to fail with little to no warning - carrying a spare to replace on the road may get you home scotch free.
