  1. Just want to share some updated pics of my Lancer Advan Rally Tribute Car. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/P1140115A_zpsca8ab0dd.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/P1140114_zps76bbff49.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/P1140217A_zpseb4f1b2b.jpg With nice red rally mud flaps.
  2. Burton, Just read your proposal. Was preoccupied with a lot of things lately. Anyway, YGPM.
  3. I have what you need. But these are JDM versions not the 5milers.
  4. The valence should be included in the fiberglass replicas. The metal brackets your talking about is easy to source out here. BTW, here's my Starlet with the new tuned stage 3 TRD spec 4K with Twin Weber 40s. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/P1130846.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/P1130847.jpg
  5. SFBMX88, I was able to talk with this Starlet enthusiast. He has the headlight frame that you're talking about. Unfortunately he's not selling his. Although I asked him if he would allow me to have it molded and reproduced with fiberglass. He said it's cool with him. We didn't get the chance to finalize the agreement coz there were a lot of people in the group at the time. I'll try to reach him soon and we'll see.
  6. Just an update. Here's the painted airdam. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/Airdam2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/Airdam.jpg
  7. it's my first time to see those.... the wagons didn't come out here in the philippines. yes, maybe in japan only. i think that's easy to modify... just retrofit a rounded frame into a square headlight frame. with some fiberglass and resin of course.
  8. Here are some of the current projects that I'm doing at the moment. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/IMG00616-20120903-1740.jpg Galant GTi http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/IMG00627-20120915-1456.jpg Datsun Sunny Pick-Up http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/IMG00626-20120915-1452.jpg Land Cruiser BJ45
  9. yes. the rims were actually vega 16s.
  10. Yes. Coz I wanted to make it look like an OE airdam. Basically, we just modded the lower portion plus the 2 airducts. And, the mod is actually reversible. We can revert to the original airdam if we wish to.
  11. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. I asked the fiberglass fabricator to put 2 air ducts, which he did. He made those 2 holes on both sides. Then I asked him to add an integrated chin spoiler, just like the original airdam from a fatty. It's now actually painted. I'll post some pics later.
  12. Since there are no parts available in this part of the world, I decided to have the stock airdam to look like this. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/IMG00676-20120929-2002.jpg
  13. I think that's a KP62 facia converted with round headlights. I don't think it came out that way. The round headlights that came out was the bug eyed '78.
  14. TexasQuest, Some of the parts I got from you is still in L.A. What I have here are the gas lid and a couple of horn pads.
  15. Thanks guys! And yes, The Starlet! One of my favorites. We'll do some headworks, bore out the cylinders and putting some twin side carbs on it real soon.
  16. 17. Nice!!! Sweet R Type Watanabes! Guys, I have an OT question... What's the diameter of a stock exhaust for a 4G54 Turbo? Mine has 2" exhaust. I'm sure the previous owner had it replaced before that's why it has 2"s. Should it be 2.5" or 3"? If it's 2.5", Can I upgrade it to 3"? Do I have to upgrade the turbo if I upgrade it to 3"? TIA!
  18. Been wanting to get widebody parts. fenders, quarter panels, etc. Can't find a shipping company that will send those special sized boxes. So, you're the owner of those 2 beautiful cars. I saw that on a blog somewhere. I had a feeling you're a Flip. Nice cars.... I also have Starlet Pare:)
  19. Trivia: The silver blue lancer in the last pic I posted was in the movie, The Bourne Legacy. Tanner Foust had his pic taken in that car during the shoot because it was his first time to see a Boxtype Lancer.
  20. Hahaha! That's great idea man... barter system. Haha! Here are some more boxful of joy. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/erger.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/ergermic.jpg
  21. Hahaha! Maybe I'm used to people approaching me and asking "Is that an 86?" or "that's a nice 86 you got there". Hahaha!
  22. Thanks guys! BradD, Boxtype Lancers are very common here. There's a lot of boxtype enthusiasts in this part of the world. Unfortunately the Starions was never released here. Komeuppance, I saw a silver one back in the day. Owned by a former office mate. Yes, my car somewhat resembles an 86 because it's fitted with Watanabes. 86s and Watanabe 14s are very common. nfelge, My plan is to make it a rally car. just like my other Mitsubishis like these... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/156197_1667025086041_3545841_n.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/149327_1667025166043_8009204_n.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/427545_4343324151845_402792616_n.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/AMG280CE/562738_4343322071793_909076953_n.jpg
