  3. Hey, looking for any clubs or members in the baton rouge and surr onding areas of E-Zana (louisiana), however small or new. It would be cool to be see the potential and progress of local starquesters. A Perk is Im a Graphic Designer so even if its a small club I know to make us look like the hottness with logos, decals, shirts, etc....!
  4. I tore a engine down and measured clearances so I may end up paying. would it be any easier trying to make 280 300 horsepower with stock ecu and maybe a piggy back ecu. I read easy between 250 and 300 horsepower. it will be a freshly built block afterwards
  5. Thanks this advice is a big help says I'm new to carquest do you think I can have the engine rebuilt for about a grand and I may as well upgrade to forged rods and pistons right? My hp goal is 330 to 350whp
  6. I just purchased my starion and want to get it up and running in top stock form. It supposedly has a blown head gasket but From what I've been reading it could be a craked head in addition. pressure builds up in the radiator when the car is running but doesn't run very long without killing. the head is still on the car right now. should I locate a caravan head or should I change mine to non jet. Will the caravan head upgrade with performance valves and springs just as the starion head. Thanks

  9. I. Bought a starion and towed it home on a two wheel dolly. We remember the car seeming like it was pishing the truck at one time and kinda jecking during pulling. I got out and smell something smelling like it was burning. I believe the car had hopped into a gear. Now the car when put into gear is not pulling. I can't let it run for a extended period Of time because of a head gasket issue. What I need to know is this a clutch issue or something more? I believe I also seen something like metal shavings on the ground but not sure if it came from my car
  10. Hey guys this is my first Mitsubishi period and one of the best lookong ones I always thought. I remeber my brother having a black conquest back when I was younger now I have my own Red 88 tsi. Can't wait to show the true potential
