Finally got to look at the car and yea it's seized. Turns out that a hose gave way and all the oil disappeared. It's he one with the copper looking clamp http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g24/unknown_drifta/car/c33579ce.jpg

So here it is, a hose from the turbo going to the engine gave way and all the oil was dumped into the motor. Checking the hose now, and non of them were replaced when the engine was rebuilt. How much for the engine?

I asked if it made noises before dying, he says, Nope just felt weaker then just died. I'm pretty sure its just because of the leaking. I dont think anything else happened to it Asked what color, clear or oil colored? He said, It looked a little more clear than oil. Idk what it was but it was from the blue piping that goes to the intercooler

I believe it was from the previous owner. All we did was put on catch cans. And for the driving, wasn't his fault. Blaming the person who rebuilt it

Man... I really don't know what I'm going to do. No funds for this right now...

Head gasket? If so, I can imagine what other things were damaged during this mishaps.....

Thanks koul, at this point I don't know what to do. And I have the story posted in the newbie intro under 88 white. I'm thinking bad head gasket too, since it was smoking before it died. But I don't know exactly the full detail yet. Where you located?

No it was in good hands. Just had a miscommunication since my brother is a genius! I told him to tell my cousin to test drive it before leaving the shop. Instead, they did it on the way home. I don't even know where to start. The cousin that has the shop says he's not sure either. He's thinking dead turbo or the engine simply blew. Can a dead turbo cause the engine to not start? The thing is, it didn't dump all the oil onto the street, my cousin who was driving it at the time said it still had oil pressure when it was smoking and that it didn't leak to much oil on the street.

Yea koul, I think it's blown... I don't know what exactly happens but it's not starting up. I wasn't driving it when this happen

Previous owner had it rebuilt. Guess it wasn't rebuilt right. I've been having issues with by pass. So I put the catch can back on. Then my cousin suggested another can that is vented for the stuff coming out up top the vavle cover going back to the tubo. Got that in, and ran fine. I didn't get to drive it since I was at work. Asked my cousin who was picking it up with my mom to push it pass 4000 rpm to see if it'll still pop out the dip stick. First pass he went to 3000 rpms and it was fine. Then on the second pass, he went up alittle pass 4000 rpms and it was fine. Drove about a mile and the engine started to smoke. Pulled over and checked under the hood to see the intercooler leaking. From what he said, there was oil being spit up from uptop of the vavle cover where that damn peice I can't name of. He turned around and tried to get back to my other cousin's shop. It died and so he pulled off the raod again. This time, he couldn't get it to start so it was towed back to the cousin's shop. Damn that was a bad description hahha
