  1. This is my daily driver and I havent got time lately to work on it. Thanks to Ed, he provided me with a tranny; so what a will do is re-built that one with stronger converter plate and just swap tranny since usually I dont have time to leave the car at the mechanic to repair for things that I know might take a week or so. But soon I'll have some real dyno number he he he

  3. You know what, my got feeling is... now that Shelby mention OD... my OD switch doesnt work and te car seems to be in OD all the time even if i turn it off...I need to have my mechanic look into this...
  4. OK- seems that the tranny its about to give up. I need to re-built with a upgraded torque converter... Any suggestions on a different turbo auto tranny?
  5. Numbers? Well, they are not official number since the tranny slips right at 3500 RPM. Max Power : 160 @ 3500 Max Torque : 238.4 @ 3500 Just Paus...whats the Level 10 and valve mod you talking about bro? I need that right away!!!!! I always thought that the slips was just a boost limitation. Well, now i know... I need mod right away!!! damn!!! I only heard of the convertor and the "plate"( so that it shifts hard) but where? What valve mod? Damn, i am frustrated with this factory auto tranny.... Was tested @ 15 PSI.
  6. Took it to the dyno to find out the clutch was sliping. Right at 3500 RPM the car will stop pulling. ( I thought that it was the boost that i had set at 15psi) but is not. All air/fuel mix were right on target the entire time. but it sucks now that i found out that the CONVERTER IS SLIPING. We only did one test on the dyno because of the problem. I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS A TRANSMISION THAT IS GOING TO BOLT RIGHT IN. OR IF THERE IS A COMPANY THAT CAN MAKE A CONVERTER PLATE FOR THE AUTOMATIC TRANNY. I DONT WANT TO GO 5 SPEED AGAIN.

  8. I think thats the car that cought fire and are parting out. I think his rims are on ebay at this point. I think they are chrome! Sad story....but, im not completlt sure about it.

  10. CAR IS FAST AND FURIOUS Im gonna turn the boost a bit more...18 PSI ;D
  11. Im running TWO Secondary injectors , MAS was removed aswell as the 88' ECU. I will take some new pics of the engine but I keep it "factory look" You may want to go with PRO-2 if you have bad injectors. Also a friend of mine will be getting a 4wd dyno soon and you bet i'll be there to test the power. Another thing that I wanted to add is that when I test drove the car after the installation, the boost was set approximately 20 PSI ! Man...Ed check the air/fuel mixure and it stayed right on target all the way through 20 PSI ! By the way I do have a upgraded turbo from majestic and it flows between a 18G and 20G. Dont remember the numbers/name of the compressor. But trust me...Ryan saw the compressor, right Ryan! ha ha
  12. This is been the BEST thing I done to my car! All sputtering, jerks, fuel cuts,etc, etc, are gone for ever! the Starion pulls soooooooooo hard I got to keep the boost at 15 PSI. Specially a automatic...it just keeps pulling very hard. I recomend for everybody to do this upgrade to your car if you dont want MPI, you wont be dissapointed! 8) www.Fuelinjectionpro.com PS: BIG Thanks to ED and Scott.
  13. Please let us know ASAP. I am probably gonna go with the TB-Pro 1 and use two Secondary injectors. Im planning going sometime next week to the shop so that they can install it for me. 8)
  14. which one? Aero tech? If it is, then is not worth it spending $500+ for a 2" longer spoiler plus adding bondo to cover factory hole, i mean thats what i remember from the guy and saw the pic, you know. Theres got to be a car with a spoiler we can attach and make it look better than factory. I just hate the small factory rear spoiler. Im not sure if any of you seen the ones they have on the hondas....looks kinda flat and real looong(about 5-6") real nice!!! If I see a pic of one I'll post it. I know a friend of mine that his friend had a custom job done to his spolier , 2" longer and charged him $300 for it. My friend told me it was bearly notable. So maybe 3-4"...
  15. 16x8 deep dish rear(old ones) should work in the front. Looks good. I saw a pic of a Starion with them at the cardomaine site.
  16. INTERESTING, just roll the lip behind fender. HHMMM I want to see a pic. My new question is, has anybody tried.... you know we have 16x7 F and 16x8 R and the sport package(88-89) 16x8 F and 16x9 R. Now does the 16x8 (rear) fit or look better than the front 16x8(sport) . I like the (old) 16x8 R "deep dish look"
  17. Would like to know if anybody has tried this before, or has taken any mesurments to install this longer wing. I always liked the idea of a longer rear spoiler, not race wings spoliers in top of the factory one. I also thought of maybe some "bondo" and molding and adding about 2-3" to the spoiler.

  19. ah man, you took my idea... I always wanted to do that to my car(longer spoiler). I always thought about...maybe molding some fiber glas into the stock to make it longer... looks good ,very good. Except for the holes.... 8) I'll be doing something similar soon...
