  1. the ecu does not "think" it is making 10psi, it "expects" 10 psi. these cars do not measure the pressure. they only add enough fuel to cover the air. if you're having problems during boost I would start out looking at the secondary fuel injector. the factory boost gauge is known to not read correctly so there's no point in even looking at it. if you don't want to pay for upgrades to help diagnose your problems, you will not get far with these cars.

  2. Pulling the A/C out of the car, all parts worked afaik, the secondary condenser behind the air dam is mangled up, but pulling it for weight. Drier was replaced, hardly used, lines were all straight last I checked. pics will come.

starting prices: some include shipping, will adjust once I figure out shipping costs. feel free to make offers if I'm over the normal pricing for this stuff.

tensioner pulley with bracket, a/c comp bracket, Main condenser and lines are still available, anyone?

Car is 88 auto conquest, non SHP. no fans, ac fan bracket is up for sale though.. not pulling the evaporator at this time.

email is conejomotorwerx@gmail.com paypal is same.

  3. I ask because I had my car off when I first got it and I remember the headlights had me about to tear the electrical apart till I happened to turn the key and they cycled.. I believe if the key is off the pass lever motion won't actuate the relay giving the idea that they are broke.. amiright?

car is tore apart otherwise I would just test it out..

  4. Apple cider vinegar works wonders on water heaters in your home, should do good in the radiator I would think? and start changing hoses, the softer ones take precedence.. They will give out when you really don't want them to. and it'll be a small one under the turbo or intake so then you have to wait till the car cools down to work on it and make you late..

and in the words of Christopher Lloyd:

Doc: I foresee two possibilities. One, losing what was destined to be the love of your life and you'd simply be miserable or possibly commit suicide... Or two, the rupture of said hose could create a time paradox, the results of which could cause a chain reaction that would unravel the very fabric of the space time continuum, and destroy the entire universe! Granted, that's a worse case scenario. The destruction might in fact be very localized, limited to merely our own galaxy.

Marty McFly: Well, that's a relief.

  5. see if you can find "KROIL" spray the bolts the day before, they will come out like new. I get it at the local "Fleet supply" places. I work on Sea-going vessels, "Boats".. the bolts I deal with sit in Ocean water for months and years, this stuff works better than anything else I have tried.. other than a torch, lol

Here's a pic of the stuff:
