I searched and can't find what I am looking for. Am new, sorry, heh. What exactly is the MR2 Conversion and what does it entail/cost?

I am really trying to wrap my head around the math but it isn't working out, heh. I am wanting to get as close to flush as I can without a spacer, how wide a wheel and offset would I need to accomplish that? Moreso, is there a general rule of thumb for our cars when it comes to what fits and what will need a spacer ... or the other way, what is just going to be too wide?
