I contacted mastercard this morning, I'm going to see if they can help me I have pictures, all emails we sent back and forth to support my claim. Dont know why he chose to take the hard road

I came over from from celicasupra.com in search of some standard starion wheels for my supra. I got a couple of emails from members and decided to get a set off of a guy on here named Josh Clark. He emailed me so I never got his user name. He told me he was going to sell me a set of "above average condition" starion wheels, he said he had a couple sets. So I was like ok cool, he sent me some pictures, they looked ok. So I sent him my money. I received my wheels. this is what I got. I emailed him immediately and told him that I would not accept this, he said he would work it out with me. He says that its shipping damage. (refer to the pictures) The wheels are VERY obviously curb damaged, all 4 of them. I told him I wanted my money back, or a good set of wheels because he had a couple of sets, I was willing to ship them back to him and get my money back, or take another set in exchange. Hes now since disappeared and refuses to answer my emails, and I'm stuck with a set of these wheels that are completely destroyed and out of round. I cannot use them. I was so disappointed that I trusted the members on another forum to get this as a result. So if anyone knows Josh Clark or JCmotorsports you can tell him to keep his trash. The pictures he sends are misleading along with his description. He lives in connersville indiana, so watch out. Very disapointed, I can maybe make an ugly coffee table out of these, but thats about it because they are just that ********. Josh, if you read this, I'm still willing to accept closure from you, but it really pissed me off that you just dump me with this s*** and f*** off, really not cool man. hey guys, I'm looking for a set of rear SHP wheels. or if someone is willing to part a 1 non SHP front wheel and 1 standard non shp rear wheel I would be really happy to accept. This will be to repair a set I just purchased from here. Or hey if someone has a complete nice set for a good price I'll probably pick them up. I say I am looking for these 2 for a reason: I purchased a set of wheels from a member on this site and I cant use them due to the extent of the damage to them, so I have to be particular of what I purchase this time...
