    Ok, So I don't really want to sell this car.. But, I need to get something to DD so I can start College.

     

    I haven't even had time for my tag to come in that's how long ive had it :(

     

     

    New stuff:

    Brand New fuel pump. (Previous owner installed)

    (Stuff I've Done)

    Throttle Body Rebuilt

    Newer TPS (But not brand new)

    Gutted Stock exhaust (there is a rattle In the Muffler tip, Might sake it down and try to shake whatever it is out.)

    14b Turbo (Taken off my dads quest)

    Currently set to 15 PSI

    Manual Boost Controller

    Hard Pipe With SSQV Knock off BOV

    Prosport Boost gauge

    88/89 ECU

    1g MAF With Pigtail.

     

    (DOES NOT COME WITH STEREO IN THE PIC)

    Also, Heater Core is Bypassed.. We think its bad..

    No AC belt on Never tested.. but it should work.

     

    Car needs a paint job. But this is a very nice quest body to start building something nice!

     

    This car Idles/Runs amazingly but like most quest has a few hick ups here and there.

    Might need Fuel filters replaced in the tank.. That's the only thing we haven't replaced/looked at.

    We did not do the Fuel pump install so not sure if they changed them or not.

     

     

    All I'm asking is $2,000 OBO

    Im looking to buy a SUV if this sells. So trades are welcome!

    Im interested in 1995+ Explorers/Expeditions/ Similar Models.

  18. car seems to miss while cold and in boost

    hello all, got some more problems with the recent 88 quest i got, fixed all the shakes and stuff, however when the car is cold well anything under normal temp, when you get in the boost it acts like it misses, but then if you let it go and warm up it is fine, note there is no thermostate in the car, gonna put it in next week. also i noticed one of my fuel injectors are leaking on the connector, should i change the seals, orings or what, any help would be greatly appriciated thanks

     

     

    My car doesn't like boost when its cold either D:

     

     

    Not sure if other people have that problem might just be starquest.
