  12. If anyone is wandering this would be a good street racer or a drifter. Alot of the interior has been stripped and there is a fuel cell where the spare tire used to be and a ten lbs. nitrous bottle in the middle where the back seat used to be. THERE IS NITROUS ON THE CAR just in case that may turn anyone away, it has been sprayed many times at a 150 shot. But car still runs great, I just bought a new bike and just lost intrest in the car.

I am only running about 15 lbs. anything over that and it wants to detonate. i have checked my timing to make sure it was right at idle and total timing and it seems to be right. i had a buddy (jimmy) help me with the tune at the local dyno (spooled motor sports) and it would pull good a/r's at 15 but up around 55 to 6000 it would start to lean a little around 12.5's I am wondering if the trilogy injectors are hurting more than helping. i notinced that you are running two stock secondarys, but not sure about trilogy's. If I run 110 race gace then i can run about 17 lbs but it doesnt feel really any different.
  15. Just wandering what all was done to the car to make those numbers, any time modds. I have an alabama head with os ss vavlves 292 cam shneider springs 7.8:1 wisco pistons race prepped rodds arp rod and head studs trilogy turbos injectors gm maft hard pipe kit big mallory fuel pump 17c turbo and could only get 197 whp. Just wandering if there was something I was missing ( exept that big turbo) to get some more power out of it. Thanks Stephen

Well the fuel filters are new.I dont have the in tank sock or the cone filter because I put in a aftermarket pump and a fuel cell, the inline is not even a year old that i put in when i did the cell so they should be good. I do need to check the codes from the ecu i have not done that yet and I am not sure what the fuel pressure is doing i do not have a gauge on it but it runs perfect under boost so i wouldnt think fuel pressure would be a problom, but thanks for the info.   20. Thanks for the info, I will try that and see what happens. It was just throwing me off because what ever it is , it seems like it is shuting down the injectors for a second then they just come back on, the car never shuts off but comes really close but runs perfect going down the road. i was hoping someone else has had this problom and knew a solution but I guess I couldnt be that lucky. thanks again
  21. I need some help. My car starts up and idols fine but when I try to take off mainley in reverse it tries to shut off. Once I get going it runs fine or if I leave hard and spin the tires and go through the gears hard it runs fine to, only when I back up or pull off and sometimes when i hit the brakes coming to a stop it will try to shut off. Sitting there idoling I can rev the car up and it does fine and also it does not do it when it is cold only when it warms up. I have tried checking wires under the hood I richined up my fuel mixture at idol and mid throttle. It just acts likesomething is cutting fuel and i cant find it. any info would be most helpful......... thanks Stephen
  22. well i have seen the drop in from summit, I had a friend that had it, if he can find the reciept i can get the p/n . It does not have bolt in brackets but everything else hooked right up and it cleared the hood so maybe if he can find I will post the part number.
  23. yeah i realized that after i had it done( that sux :character0292: ) i thought about scraping the s off but then i would have a big gap there
