had the same problem on a stock motor, bought new fuel pump fuel dampiner and injector kit form professor quest and all my running like crap problems stop linky you will need be a menber to view the link

thank you jimmy lol, he was talking crap so ...it was fun and it was harmless plus the uni body is bent already i just waiting on a nice roller cause drive line is mint, anyways it was a 2 wheel drive s10 it was guarenteed win

i think we are haveing the same problem .. the car runs good till you hit boost and then sort of shuters, doesnt fall on face.. just a re big lack of power. anyways i havent found the casue of the problem but ill let you know if i do. i have just been replaceing this things like fuel pump, filter lines are clean, next i will be replaceing the ingtion stuff next etc plugs wires cap coil and knock box. not jack your thread but what about spack knock isnt their a knock sencor that stops spark when detanation is detected??? in turn that would stop the feul pump makeing you run lean ???

i had an mas code so i replaced the mas the a said to be know good one and stilll getting the mas code. i reset the ecu and was fine but the other day it was there agian.. is there some else that could cause this ??? thank T87

well i guess im all on my own on this one ... i am getting the mas ill put it in and prolly need something else after that cause thats just my luck but sooner or later my quest will be a good runner thanks T87

well i replace the dapiner and still haveing the problem .also i installed the code reader led in the glove box so i can read them on the fly and when it stumbles it throws a mas code... i have a new one lined up to buy.. anyone ever hear of the mas causeing this??? thanks chris

put a 300 ohm reister in the CTS clip (can be bought at radioshack) but only after it is warm the CTS is the one standing straght up next the dipstick if the car runs fine with the reister then the CTS is bad T87

i miss my 82 trans am boy was that thing fast little over 600 at the wheels on a really worked 400 SB with a super charger and spary what happen to your baby fanta ???

grounds and such are good cts is good .... when the car falls on its face i cant hear the feul pump, like it losses power but the power is there ... what about dampiner would that casue this its the only thing i havent check or replace ??? thanks a ton T87

i am been haveing this problem for bout a week now.. ok so bout two weeks ago i thought my feul pump was on the way out (facotry pump) becasue it would whined really loud and the car would fall on its face, but olny after warming up, so i bought a new one from PQ and cleaned my tank, lines new fliters all that good stuff. ok so after installing the new one i notcied that it was alittle nosie. now the car runs great fast as hell till it warms ups then it spits on take off and fall on face if i ask for boost.. when this happen i dont hear the pump any more. so basiclly it acts like the old one ok so this is what i have tested so far fuel pressure @35 @idle cold or hot CTS check out via FAQ right up TPS passed ohm and sweep tests checked spary cones of injecters hot and cold and passed no drips hot or cold VA moves freely both ways also it does the same thing if i use the test port idk what else to do plz help

i had the same problem today come to find out it was the ECI fuseablelink, a bad sec. injecter clip and vapor lock WIX filter.. have you replace the fuel pump to... if it is a walbro there is a jap knock off going around that is CRAP..
