I installed a set of mookeeh MK1 rear struts on my 87 conquest this weekend. Part# 16070707837 as a pair. Brand new in the box (part # MK1-GS2 and GS3). When all was completed the rear drivers side sits about 1" lower than the passenger side. Why? Are these side specific?
Does the GS2 go on one side and the GS3 on the other? Which for which side. Nothing was specified on the struts themselves or the instructions. And I Iabeled and reused my Hardware (Springs, etc) from each side correctly, so I know I didn't mix the hardware.
Any help would be great!

I need a 12a Turbo?
Do you still have one left?
Do you take Paypal?
-
I'll take the stock radio if you still have it and if everything works (including tape deck).
how much?
-
Do you still have most of the Burgundy Interior available?
-
Does the Cassette work?
I live in CT too, so if the radio's in decent shape I can pick up.
Please post a few pictures if you can.

Need a little guidance for choosing a turbo upgrade.
I have an 87 Conquest running a stock 12a on stock internals and head (with jet valves) but have installed the following upgrades:
1) upgraded fuel mapping (from 88-89), new fuel filters, stock pump.
2) flex downpipe, high flow cat and 3" exhaust, Magnaflow muffler.
3) *DM HP kit, OVCP, crankvent kit, K&N Filter.
4) MSD Red Coil, new 7mm wires, plugs, and distributor cap.
5) lightened flywheel and stage II clutch.
6) upgraded intercooler and piping.
7) MBC and Turbo XS BOV.
My car runs excellent, runs cool, and no issues at all to speak of over the past 2 years.
I kicks fairly hard at low RPM (set at 12psi) but like all 12a's it falls on it's face on the mid-high end. I'm not boosting all the time, but have to admit I want more "pull" on the mid-high end when I do get on it.
Other than to replace the stock head at some point, the turbo is the only upgrade left I plan to do on my car.
Can I hear from some SQ members?

Hey Jay! I'm in Wolcott CT, about a 1/2hour from you. I have an 87 conquest w/ 59k original miles and love to hear about other SQ owners in CT. Have a few other friends in CT too with SQ's, so maybe can get a bunch of us together one afternoon for and talk it up. glink13

I need some odds and ends parts. (rear wiper motor, wiper, hood grills, and a bunch of other little stuff. I'm in CT too, and sometimes it's just easier to bring cash and see what you have.

are the Tokico's stock replacements (no mods needed)?
how did you like these inserts on your 87? I have an 87 also (stock inserts) and looking to upgrade.
-
do you have a picture of the 4 rear seat pieces you mentioned?
-
The color is burgandy, the panels are leather, I'll get pics soon. The lever is broken on the armrest. I doubt anyone wants it cause the cushion on it is ripped.
Need both rear seat backs (burgundy) and both rear pillar covers (burgundy) if all in good shape.
Price and shipping to 06716.

Is it a auto or manual and does it still have the factory adjustable shocks wt 8" front and 9" rear wheels? Thanks
It is a five speed with original adjustable shocks and 8" front and 9" rears. The rims are in good shape. Very little Curbing. They are pitting a little bit. I'm trying to get pictures tonight or tommorrow.
Does it have the sunroof?
-
I would take 1 windshield!
Price and location (or shipping) would help.

Need a few interior pieces
Radio Bezel. (burgundy w/grey trim)
B Pillar cover (LH & RH side)

Need all in good condition.

Come on Guys, take it easy on the seller! If he's asking $15k for his car that's great, he can ask for that if he wants....it's just an asking price. Eventually he'll understand the market for our SQ's and he'll find a median between what we wants for the car and what he'll actually get for it. After all "A car is only worth what some else would pay for it." How true, how true.

I checked the spring seating last night and the high side spring shifted about an 1-1/2" from the spring stop on the housing. So I'll deal with that tonight.
Thanks guys for the input.
