  1. i need to know how every body is going about doing the aftermarket boost gauge in the stock location, i tryed it before, and ruined the whole thing.

  3. wanna port the mani. can i go as big as the pajero mani turbo out? or how big can i go diameter. also wanna port the s16g turbo to match
  4. depending on your mods, i baught the xtd stage 1 for the 225mm flywheel. i babyed it throught he 500mile break in, and then it lasted 1 week(20psi), now it slips on stock boost, good clutch if you arent running over 240hp/240trq. ps dont buy the XTR its a fake of the XTD, heard this straight from the manufacturer. i'm having to buy another clutch now/

  6. i have a 87, and was told that i basically down graded with my setup. hyd. cam w/ mech rockers. i was told i need mech. cam so.................. you got 1?
  7. thanks for the reply,i got a shop over near houston im gonna go to they literally will dyno for there lunch, it happened 4-5 times already, and one was a cop car. lol

  9. thanks for the input, and to add, i turned down to 17 from 20, and my AF was 10.5 WOT, i do believe that i am safe at 19-20psi
  10. ngk replacments, i had spark blowout at 17, so i gapped them to .028 or 28 how ever you prefer, and what is this thing that i cant run high boost because of the timing. please shead some details.
  11. you might laughbut, the hose on the vent was pinched into, and it also got ride of the oil seping out of the back of the valve cover.i'v got a filter on it right now, waiting for the oil sep. to come in

[/color] well,rebuilt bottom end,bs elim ,.40 over hyp. pistons,njv head with street port and polish,oversized valves with superflow mod(bottom of valve stem diameter is shaved),hd valve springs,mech. rockers, stock cam,uego wideband,255 walboro, no not a rising rate regulator,1g mass, isc removed,ported throttle body. i think thats it
  15. well finally got her all situated, what is a safe airfuel, or a safe boost level for a car with(fuel system) just a 1gmass, and afpr, and what fuel pressure.
  16. 2nd to 3rd then normal cruise, 3rd pull, normal cruise, uturn, boosted through first, normal cruise back to house. in the car less then 3 mins. popped the hood and there it was, and it was a very extreme red, like a torch to some metal red
  17. wideband installed in the o2 sensors place, o2 still connected but not installed just tie straped to the firewall
  18. 2.5 out no cats,but i do have a small exhaust leak at the bottom of the dp, but i think was the timing, because bossting it the other night it just didnt seem like it was pulling worth anything, so i mes with the dizzy and its really a night and day difference in the way the car pulls and how fast it boosts now havent checked to see if it is still glowing
  19. s16g @11lbs and fpr set at 45psi, no the exh. was not glowing just the turbo exh housing, watercooler lines are brand new, and had no problem with them on the old turbo
  20. well last night i did afew 2&3 gear runs @11lbs, get back to the house pop the hood and i got a freakin red cherry for a turbo. i dont understand, is it my timing,spark,fuel,or all.
  21. the reading on wideband is just as bad as my narrow band guage, its a freakin light show, is it because i have the o2 sensor just hangin on the firewall, and will it be fixes if i put it back in and then run the wideband undernieth it, or can i use either the white or blue wire on the uego and go to the computer and not use the o2. thanks
