disfoolritehere2 Posted October 26, 2009 Report Share Posted October 26, 2009 Last week, I took my exhaust system apart to replace the gasket and once I reassembled everything and now my Turbo is acting funny. It tops out at 5 psi. I think its leaking past the waste gate flap. Is there a way to test this? I looked through the online manual and all it said was not to touch it. Any help would be appreciated. spoolinturbo Posted October 26, 2009 Report Share Posted October 26, 2009 the wastgate arm? well when u disconnect the arm from the flapper. move the flapper to the forward side of the car...now, the eye bolt should be 1/8" too short from the flapper pin.
