I don't have a lot of details other than it had a cracked head and while the engine has been somewhat disassembled, the car is complete.

I got him talked down to 300...

PICS!

Not sure on the title but a bill of sale can get you a bonded title...

BTW, if someone does get it, post here so I know I won't need to go get it!

  • 3 weeks later...

Bump, still there as of this past Saturday. I have some pics...I'll try to upload them tonight.

Overall pretty decent condition for what is there. Front end needs some work...hard to tell how much as it's front bumper is touching another car's rear bumper.

I did see what looked like a flatty turbo...at least the turbo had the port for the vacume line that goes to the wastegate. This was laying in the engine bay while the original turbo was still bolted to the exhaust manifold.

Again, pics tonight!

Yeah, we looked at it. It will need the front DS apron fixed or replaced before you will be able to bolt a fender on it. (I think) it will need to be taken to a body shop because the front end was shifted in the accident. The hood closes on top of the headlight assembly and the front part of the apron that bolts to the fender is trashed. Someone like Pure Insanity could do it, but it's gonna take $$$ to get it right. I'm thinking around $500-$800 in shop labor plus the body parts. Other than the LF corner being in bad shape, the car is clean. Edited by Boosted77.

I have a wreck free black 87 roller...between the 2, you could make one full and nice SQ.

if I only had a place to put another one....

You do, my place! lol

If we went in together yes.

Or we could just rebuild it (perhaps in combination with my parts car...we'd get at least one good SQ out of the 2) and then split the profit.

That's why I mentioned about the parts car I have.

Wish I had the coin and a larger garage. I'd like to have the engine and wiring for spares...or keep the whole thing and give my current parts car to who ever goes in with me.

Even if we go half, it will be a little before I could even think of coming up with anything. I'm probably just dreaming...
