BC_99 Posted October 15, 2014 Report Share Posted October 15, 2014 The steering couplers aren't "rebuildable". There are some write ups on using window weld epoxy with various results. Buying a used one is an option, but you are still buying a part with 25+ year old rubber. New ones are NLA and were in the $350 range the last time I saw one for sale. Check out my thread in the vendor section for the steering coupler replacement u-joint. I am nearing completion of the first batch and hope to be able to offer some for sale in the next few weeks. I don't know what your time frame is, but when I have the first batch done, they will be first come first serve, and should be available for a long time to come with a few week wait per batch.
