Edde
Kind of a longshot but I know we got folks that do all sorts of stuff. I'm in need of someone who can turn a pewter cylinder from flat discs at an affordable price. We used to pay $35 each, then $45. Now the guy I'm working with is quoting $154 each. The cylinder is one part, the base is a separate turn, and the emblem is a simple casting. I know there's tooling required but can probably be made of wood. I'd take them in pieces and solder the base and the emblem myself. I know the stupid material cost has gotten pretty crazy but c'mon. If we can't find a solution we may for the first time in about 75 years have to revisit the design and material. Or get a China supplier Any ideas welcome.
