ShkInBk
This is as much a feeler as anything. I really don't want to sell but I'm in a financial hole. I'm looking for $2500 obo - I have over $5000 in parts invested (not to mention labor). 1987 Mitsubishi Starion 123K miles - original engine - rebuilt head with jet valve elimination kit - stock turbo - stock intercooler - almost everything else new/upgraded;) Here is the bad: The U joint just failed today so I had to have it towed back to my mom's house in Apache Junction. I just ordered 2 replacement U-Joints and will have my cousin help me replace them (he is a certified Mitsubishi mechanic and has done all the work on this car). NO A/C - I had to remove the A/C to fit the huge *DM Radiator and Flex-a-lite 420 - Universal Dual Electric Fans (made for Eclipse). This setup keeps the car cool at all speeds but it would rub against the AC pulley so the pulley had to go. Windshield Wipers do not work - I have a parts car that may have good motors. Driver's Side Auto Seat Belt does not work - the lap belt is fine but the shoulder harness is stuck all the way back. I just wiggle under it. It can easily be mounted to the door if you prefer. Antenna is broken off - I replaced with a powered windshield mounted antenna that works fine. Driver's Side Rear Fender is in bad shape - the previous owner had a blow out and damaged the fender badly - I had my cousin pull it out but still looks bad. Here is a list from a spreadsheet I've maintained keeping track of all the parts I've purchased (everything has been installed except the stainless steel brake lines, 52mm throttle body, new fuel injectors, and ported intake manifold): Rebuilt Head with Jet Valve Elimination StarQuestClub $250.001987 CONQUEST Body, Chassis, and Electrical Shop Service Repair Manual Amazon.com $74.801988 Starion ECU StarQuestClub $65.00NGK ME51 Plug Wires Amazon.com $18.67NGK BPR7ES .35 Gapped Spark Plugs Amazon.com $13.40Mitsubishi Starion Conquest 100 Amp Alternator ebay: starters-alternators $84.95Gates V-Belt: High Capacity (Standard); Water Pump And Alternator 7380 Checker Auto $13.99Airtex Distributor Cap and Rotor Kit 3D1068 Rock Auto $14.43Fram Fuel Filter G6495 Rock Auto $11.50Gates V-Belt: High Capacity (Standard); Power Steering 9295 Rock Auto $8.50Gates V-Belt: High Capacity (Standard); Air Conditioning 9540 Rock Auto $12.64STARION EGR BLOCK OFF PLATE CONQUEST Ebay: 101Propose $13.99Anchor Motor Mount (Front & Rear) 8110 Amazon $31.58Anchor Transmission Mount 2730 Amazon $10.78GP Throttle body rebuild kit- includes injector seals www.enginemachineservice.com $29.99Silicone Vacuum Line Replacement Kit (Blue) StarQuestClub $28.00*DM 2.5" Aluminized Downpipe www.*DM.com $85.002-1/2 inch In/Out No Air 53000 Series Magnaflow Catalytic Converter CARK53006 http://www.fle-online.com/ $63.274" N1 Exhaust Burn Muffler Ebay: ixtab_imports $32.99Cosmo Air Intake Filter Adapter Kit www.cosmoracing.com $70.50AHP 3" to 3" Coupler, 2" to 3" Reducer, and 4 Clamps www.siliconeintakes.com $27.38*DM 3" AHP with 2 ports *DM $39.00Custom 2.5" Exhaust Piping and Labor Mad Hatter Muffler $250.00*DM Aluminum Radiator and Hose Clamps www.*DM.com $335.00*DM Upper and Lower Silicone radiator hoses www.*DM.com $85.00Cardone Select Water Pump 55-33129 Rock Auto $28.79Stant 180 Degree Thermostat: SuperStat 65868 Rock Auto $5.89*DM Silicone Heater Hoses *DM $69.00Flex-a-lite 420 - Flex-a-lite S-Blade Low Profile Universal Dual Electric Fans JEGS.com $334.97TurboXS ROFL BOV StarQuestClub $50.00*DM 2.25" OVCP Steel Hard Pipe *DM $65.00MK1 Starion Upper Hard Pipe Ebay: 101Propose $59.99Silicone Couplers and Steel Clamps www.siliconeintakes.com $26.38Steel Braided Water Pump to Turbo Coolant Line lower_shores_performance $39.99Steel Braided Thermostat to Turbo Coolant Line lower_shores_performance $39.99Steel Braided Oil Drain Back Line lower_shores_performance $25.99Steel Braided Oil Feed Line lower_shores_performance $50.00Turbo Timer Kit with Harness Ebay: 101Propose $49.99Wagner Brake Pad ThermoQuiet Brake Pads: Front MX258 Rock Auto $10.38Wagner Brake Pad ThermoQuiet Brake Pads: Rear PD144 Rock Auto $18.45MITS STARION 2.6 88 F+R D/S Brake Rotors ebay: OCAutosports $147.00BOSS HUB STEERING WHEEL ADAPTOR MITSUBISHI STARION Ebay: sonicmotor2000 $24.95MOOKEEH MK1 S2 STEERING WHEEL Ebay: 101Propose $19.99Blue Digital LED Boost & Exhaust Gas Temperature Combo Gauge www.glowshiftdirect.com $139.99Blue Digital LED Water Temperature Gauge www.glowshiftdirect.com $49.99Water Temperature Sensor Hose Adapter www.glowshiftdirect.com $14.9986-89 STARION CONQUEST DUAL GAUGE POD (2-1/16" GAUGES ) Ebay: 101Propose $39.99Fuzion Touring (H- or V-Speed Rated) Tires - 40K/5yr Warranty Tire Rack $366.54STAINLESS STEEL BRAIDED TEFLON BRAKE LINES (Blue) 3SX Performance $106.95NEW Fuel Injectors lower_shores_performance $168.0052mm Throttle Body and Ported/Bored Intake Manifold StarQuestClub $215.00Clarion CZ401 CD Receiver Crutchfield $109.99Kicker KS525 5-1/4" 2-way car speakers Crutchfield $67.49Kicker KS65 6 3/4" 2-way car speakers Crutchfield $89.00Stereo Adapters for Head Unit Crutchfield $23.00Kenwood KAC-7005PS 5-Channel Car Amplifier www.hookedontronics.com $209.99Tinted Windows Quality Bumper $210.00 Here it is being towed today after my U-Joint failed;( http://i1350.photobucket.com/albums/p762/mcrisfield/20130422_111150_zpsba5312fc.jpg http://i1350.photobucket.com/albums/p762/mcrisfield/20130422_111126_zpse78fceff.jpg http://i1350.photobucket.com/albums/p762/mcrisfield/20130422_111137_zps94340eab.jpg http://i1350.photobucket.com/albums/p762/mcrisfield/20130422_111115_zps0d4e6bd5.jpg

ShkInBk
Bump. I'm getting the drive shaft balanced before putting it back in with two new u-joints. I'll go $2000 firm.
ShkInBk
Nevermind...I put the driveshaft back in last night and it won't go into gear - I think the tranny blew 1st and that's what caused the stress on the drive shaft so now it will sit indefinitely until I have money to get the tranny rebuilt.
