I have been meaning to sell this setup for quite a while but was too lazy to post it up. It's pretty much a bolt on setup. You just need to enlarge the holes in the radiator support. The piping is all 2.25" with silicone couplers and T-Clamps. The BOV is a godspeed 50mm unit. I believe SMB said it held boost great and worked very well. The IC has 2.5" ends welded into it, with the BOV flange welded on the driver side pipe. I'm looking to get what I paid, which I think is a great price. $400 shipped.
