Magnesiac
Wish I could help. All I can suggest is to just take it apart in pieces. Pull the axles, drop the pumpkin. That's how I did it. Didn't take much time and was pretty easy by myself.
GLHS
Ya thought about that but i have 2 cars back to back pulling off my worn out complete rear suspension and swapping it to the other and other to mine.
bha280
you have to take off the diff mounts up on top, and axels at least; maybe the tourqe tube. Thats all I can remember off the top of my head

Thats all I can remember off the top of my head Not if you drop everything together, makes for a quick swap 14 bolts 18 if you have e brake stuff/cables and you can have the whole rear suspension on the ground and thanks for your input. StarquestRescue
The suspension wants to jam if it does not come down even. Jack the front mounting points back up against the body and try to get the cross member loose and started down. You may also have to drive the bolts up with a hammer and punch to break loose any rust that might be in there.
