"Combo Switch" - behind steering wheel

I need the cluster that goes behind the steering wheel that has the blinker switches on one side and the window wipers on the other. Took my car to an auto electric mechanic because everything was starting to fail(most importantly my headlights) and he cannot find the part anywhere. My car is an 87 if this piece is a year specific part.

just a thought... consider looking at you fuseable links. when I had my head lights quit and seatbelt would retract... even sometimes it would crank but wouldnt start... I just wiggled the fusable wires and everthing started working. I replace the entire block and haven't had a problem since.

Ive filed the male ends in the fuse link box, applied dielectric greese, and new fuseable links. This wasnt done to fix any issues but just replace those old original fuseable links but a couple days ago things started to fail to the point where I couldnt work on it myself in my spare time. Its at a trusted auto electric mechanic right now and he looked all over for this piece and has left it to me, which I knew would happen when I bought this car, lol.
