Lidoidol
Okay so I have this billet/sheet metal intake setup I was going to build for a friend, but he ran out of money... I had built one just like this for a starquest and it was nasty I am asking $350 OBO Check it out here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/4cyl-Sheet-Metal-Intake-Kit-D-I-Y-Honda-Mitsubishi-Nissan-Toyota-DSM-B16-B18-/120808693060?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item1c20c25d44#ht_576wt_1396 I will end the auction if someone on here wants it
Ono
What would you want to finish it so it could be bolted on the car?
Lidoidol
okay well, as much as I would like to, as I could use the extra money right now, I can't unfortunately. 1. I dont have a starquest readily available to mock it up on and 2. I sold my TIG. That said, this is something that anybody can do. You would need to find an intake flange. then it really is pretty simple really. All of the components are designed to work together, for instance the velocity stacks are machined on one side to perfectly fit the plenum, and on the other to accept the 1.75" runners. On the Plenum side, you only need a regular 3" holesaw and the velocity stacks drop right in to a machined lip. The blank end cap and throttlebody flange are designed to fit flush with the plenum. It really is very easy: mock up, and take it to any welding shop and the can burn it all together. If you really wanted it, and wanted me to do it... I could probably make it work I have a buddy with a starquest that would probably let me use his car for mockup, but I would also have to take it to someone for the welding, and I would still need an intake flange and a thermostat housing, or you can weld on a large AN fitting, and use an inline filler housing like I did on the other one.
