drewdrew2424 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 Ok I have an 86 quest manual I start it which it idols really low and I give it gas and it fights it self to climb then will just die just shuts off then after that will not restart any ideas? Indiana Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 You own a service manual for an 86? Do you know anything about this car or what has been done to it? There's a long list of things you need to check but you could start with the connectors for the injectors. Don't jerk them off and crack the injectors, if you can take a thin blade and pull the locking wire up and the connector easily unplugs.
