Nice view in that mirror by the way! The thought crossed my mind while I was posting, but since there was no front plate and the area cant really be identified specifically, I figured why not. Seems like an awfully big city to be surprised to be seeing a car there for the first time. I think the transient idea is probably right. Most people don't stay in hotels in their home towns. It was parked terribly though; begging for a door ding hanging over the line in a wide spot with only one side exposed. Gotta' hug the safe side if there's the option.
