artman
Hi, I'm wondering what the best procedure is for installing a windshield, I have the factory manual and it says there's a dam to install? Is this necessary,I've seen just the urethane being used on some installs. It has taken me forever to get this windshield and i don't want to screw it up! Burton
Pay to have it done, especially if you want it done right like you say you do.
artman
Yeah, I'm gonna pay to have it installed, I have to finish some corrosion repair I'm doing above the wiper motor, I read that this is a common problem area, the rust will expand and eventually crack the windshield. Thank you all for your advice –Art
