Ok so my car finally broke me and i cant take it anymore. The car is a 1987 conquest, flat body, brown. Im just throwing this out there to see if anyone around me is interested. $1200 obo. Car has 151,000 on odometer, but about 3000 miles ago the speedo, odometer quit working. Not sure what the new problem is but it runs fine for a few minutes then spudders after that. I will have pictures up within a few days with more info there are extra parts to go with car. Im in Elkhart, IN so pm if anyones interested. Edited by thoagie1

ll try to have pics up today for you. as far as info goes, its a long list lol. Ill start with the body. Theres a lil rust around the rear fender wells ill take pics of. Some dents in hood, front airdam is broke, theres a spot where the trim is hangin down a little bit by the door, hood latch is broke so i have it set up with a hanger, then maybe some random dents throughout, the paint actallly looks pretty good for an 87. Ill take pics of everything on the body. Interior i think is spotless. The steering wheels worn out but other than that, no rips in leather, no cracks in dash, but the center counsels loose from when i removed it i never put it back together all the way. Seat belts still work. radio turns on but for some reason no sound so i figure just speaker wiring. Just recently the vents stop switching from floor to dash to defrost, its stuck on floor?? not sure why. speedo and odometer does not work but all lights seem to work. I had to cut both ebrakes because i couldnt get them off the calipers when they were froze up when i bought the car. when the car was running "right" it would reach about 3000 rpm then take forever to get to red line so maybe tps reset is needed or secondary injector not sure. I just changed the head back to the stock head and when i did that now it kind of bogs in low rpms. almost like the exhaust is clogged like the down pipe, i cut off the cat but that didnt fix it. other than that there is no muffler needs new exhaust. if its not that then from what i hear i probably jumped a toothe on the bottom gear. got a small antifreeze leak somewhere not sure where, maybe a pinhole in radiator cuz i never see a puddle. thats about all i can think of the bad so now ill tell you some new or good things. Stage 2 clutch with apprx 3000 mi. new non-jet head with 3000 mi, studs need helicoiled thats why i had to take it back off the car, but it works great. i bought off a guy on here who said it was built up a bit but who knows. throttle body's been rebuilt. I have a spare throttle body and intake manifold to go with. new rear calipers, new pads all around. new tires. apr head studs. 2injectors that came with the other throttle body, but they're green and white so i have no clue what they're for??? 88-89 ecu, not in car yet, thats already wired up in an 87 box, alls you need is to plug it in. 2 ac compressors. the car does not have a/c, and i cut the braket to just be an alternator bracket. 2 new injector clips, and a spare thermo housing. The new problem with the spuddering i believe is an easier issue. maybe too much water in the gas, water in the injector, of water in the fuel filter. i think its water related because it happened after the 0 degreees we just had, if its not that then im not sure but it does run fine for the first 2 or 3 min that you drive it. Im just done witht he car. It started as a fun project but unfortunatley got turned to my daily driver which did not turn out good lol. I think the car is just a few more steps aways from being something good and fun, but i need a reliable daily driver. HONDA!!! with all the spare parts 1200 somewhat firm, but if you dont want the parts then its definitley negotiable.
