Also thought it was strange that when I accidentally left it unplugged I had a temp reading... Anyways, anyone know where I can get one online maybe? FlattopMike Posted July 29, 2010 Report Share Posted July 29, 2010 There are 3 different temp sensors.The 1st is for the gauge and the auto transmission I believe.The 2nd is to kill the AC if you start over heatingThe 3rd is to tell the ECU what to do. This one has a different thread pitch than the others except on an 83. The 83 is no longer available but you should still be able to get the rest of the years.
