This is a complete kit, all new parts. Comes with all 3 required gaskets plus the balance shaft elimination parts. This is perfect for a rebuild on a bone stock motor if you are looking to leave out the balance shafts. This is a 14 piece kit made by PCI + the 3 paper gaskets you need (not normally included from PCI) totaling 17 pieces. MUCH cheaper than anywhere else. $58 + shipping (APPROX $12 to most zip codes in the USA).
