Odyssey5 Posted January 11, 2010 Report Share Posted January 11, 2010 The big question is... what are the benefits to an 86 flatty engine...Versus and 85 Flatty Engine. Do i swap out or do i rebuild the 85. The 86 has 139,XXX but runs. Started right up after 6 years. 85 has 200,XXX but blown headgasket and bad compression in second cylinder ( around 80 ) Whichever i do its into an 85 body.
