Ron Burgandy
do you happen to know a reliable place to buy a rebuild kit off hand by any chance?
Mike_StarionTSI
Check with a local Turbo shop. if not look up 'Mike Turbo" on google and call em. Ask if they ship, Im pretty sure they do. I go there for all my turbo stuff. Smart people
Indiana
$45, cleaning of the old parts especially the old burnt on oil and carbon is important but do not start your engine until that cartridge is primed and the oil feed line has oil ran through it. Just crank the engine over without starting the engine and let it run into a cup and to prime the cartridge you can use the end of an old feed line using a syringe. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Performance-TD05-TD06-12A-12B-14A-14B-Turbo-Repair-Kit-/400262723717?hash=item5d31847885&item=400262723717&pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr

Mike_StarionTSI
By the way, the search bar, its picky. Go to the forum list, and then do the search so he searches all the forums on here. If not he'll only search the subforum you are in.
Indiana
Indiana i believe it is u that has a write up on this some one showed me.Many Mitsu. cartridges assemble in the same way and the referenced links already posted so pretty much the same thing but its half down the list on the right. Just make sure you bleed it. A new OEM oil feed line is cheap and the old one is great to hook up to prime your newly rebuilt cartridge. http://www.b2600turbo.com/
