Ironside
im building a 3" exhaust enspired by another member. My question is there anyway to run one O2 sensor? With my old exhaust I ran two. One for factory ecu the other for aem wideband. Is there a way to splice into the aem to get a signal for the wideband? speedyquest
You can use your AEM widebands output for your ecu if it allows for the analog output. Mine does and that is what I'm using for my ecu. It works very well.
Ironside
Thanks, do you know witch wire to splice off the top of your head?
speedyquest
Um... I believe its the white wire that is the output for that... but don't quote me on it. Just go onto the AEM website and get ahold of the instruction manual. Its a pdf on there thats easily downloaded, it will tell you the wire and how to change the setting for what type of output for that wire. Its option number 4 I believe, an analog 0-1 volt signal. I will double check and get back to you in a few minutes though.
speedyquest
Here is the link to the manual ---> http://aemelectronics.com/files/instructions/30-4100%20Digital%20Wideband%20UEGO%20Gauge.pdf And on page 4 you will find that it says you need to change the calibration screw position to P4, connect the white wire to the factory O2 input.
