vbrad511
Anybody here install this? I've done a dozen or so 7 Ultimate installs and never had any issues at all. This friggin Home Premium seems to be loaded with glitches. Is it a more finicky OS, or am i doing something wrong?

StarquestRescue
win 7 home is very bugging i install win 7 ultimate on everythingWhat is involved with doing this? Could my issues be the lap top itself? $220 for the upgrade. Ouch, does it include a full feature office excel program? It would not let me copy and past this info. koulbreeze
I had to install 7 premium 2 times before i got a clean install what is it that causes your crashes? http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo141/koulbreeze/win7basics.jpghttp://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo141/koulbreeze/Score.jpghttp://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo141/koulbreeze/DeviceManager.jpg I run Deskscapes at full(if you don't have it i highly recommend it), watch any one of my 2166 movies, run AUTOCAD2010, play on the internot, and play games all at the same time with no issues. As far as OS's go, i always try to get a legit copy, Updates for virus scanners require the OS be up to date. Also try to never download any updates until theyve been out a week or so cause of the human condition and the rush to get new holes patched sets things up to fail... You can also check the System below applictaion to see what system events have been going on that also might have caused the crash.http://i370.photobucket.com/albums/oo141/koulbreeze/events.jpg Double click the event and a new window will appear, at the bottom of that window is "More Information: Event Log Online Help" Follow that link will usualy bring you to the windows help file regarding that specific error code. If it doesnt you can just google the "source name" to get the answer. In the above pic the source name is RapiMgr In my case RapiMgr is just saying my activesync for my windows phone failed to start when I plugged my phone in for charging and turned off my phone as soon as I plugged it in, so it started then was like "wt...." whered that phone go?
