Ok, I have an '03 galant that is having some issues. It has a 2.4l the 4g64 it has a couple codes and spending some time under the hood listening to it, I came across this thing that I'm pointing to. Whenever I strick it my engine stalls and when my wife is driving it it wants to choke out sometimes. I know it is some kind of diaphragm that has to do with the throttle body. No I didn't get any warning signs that I heard or felt it had fluid so I don't get it. I'm gonna see if I can get it apart and see what happen when I get it replaced

So, I as driving down the freeway and heard this really bad noise, I get off the road and notice my steering is really hard. I popped the hood and my pump is seized and my belt is missing. Found one at Autozone for $118.00 or is there a better deal else where? Or does someone have a good used one that doesn't leak for less?

Does anyone know for sure if it's 5/8 or 3/4? I found some online I can buy but I need the correct diameter. I don't have a caliper to measure it. Thanks

That's a nice idea but I guess I'd like to just stick with original location and hose for now. So, I'd need to find a high heat hose about 5.5 in long and I'm not sure on diameter.

I noticed that it is NLA on dad's website. What is a good alternative then? Also length and I.D. would be nice. Thanks
