  1. I've had Goodrich SS lines for years, but it looks like the rear calipers are due for a refresh.
  2. Rockauto prices range from $63-$93. Is there any real difference?
  3. I pulled my Quest out of the garage today to find a rear caliper leaking fluid. As far as I know, there isn't a rear upgrade brake kit (please correct me if I'm wrong). So, what is everyone using as a replacement? I'd prefer new, or near new, but if the answer is to rebuild the stock caliper, then I'll do that. Anyways, links to parts or rebuild kits would be appreciated. My car isn't fast, but if it won't stop, I'll have to learn body work... Thanks! KT
  4. If this car was set up to dig race, it would go 10's, but it's got 14" rotors all the way around, which makes the minimum rim diameter 18". I can't fit enough tire on the back for a good hook. This car was built for the road course.
  5. An early retirement/career change forces the sale of, hands-down, the funnest car I've ever owned. My C5 has 64k miles on body and approx. 10k on build. If you're interested in a lesser modified version, I can swap out the brakes and exhaust to OEM and would be willing to keep the motor if you have one you want to drop in the chassis. Open to trades and respectable offers. Looking for a dead nuts reliable, economical, and rust free sedan, wagon, or van and at least $10k cash. I'm willing to deliver this car anywhere for reimbursed expenses (food, fuel, lodging, and airfare). Car is in Omaha. Tire kickers welcome and free rides. I love driving this car! $27.5k or best offer Build: • SPEEDINC Built Stroked LS7, 441 Cubic Inches, 538WHP 520TQ on 91 Octane • Tuned by Tom VanVugt, HP Tuners on Mustang Dyno, Charts Included • 4.125” 4340 Callies Compstar Crankshaft, Clevite Main and Rod Bearings • 4.125” Weisco Flat Top Pistons , 6.125” Callies Compstar Connecting Rods • ARP 12pt Head Stud Kit and Main Stud Kit • LS2 Front and Valley Cover • JP Performance LS2 Adjustable Double Row Timing Chain Set • SLP Heavy Duty Oil Pump, SLP Harmonic Balancer with ARP Balancer Bolt • Comp Cams 238/244 .605/.612 114.0; Manley 8.100 5/16 Chromoly Push Rods • Trick Flow Gen X Street/Strip 235, Harland Sharp LS1 Non-adjustable 1.7 Rocker Arms, LS7 Lifters • FAST 92mm Ported Intake Manifold, Ported Throttle Body, FAST 36 lb/hr Injectors • Kooks 1 7/8”Ceramic Coated Long Tube Headers, Ceramic Coated/Heat Wrapped X-Pipe, C5Z Titanium Mufflers • LS2 Y-Body Flywheel, Monster Clutch, ARP 11mm Flywheel Bolt Kit • RPM Level V T56 2.66, DTE Transmission Brace, RPM 3.73 Rear Differential • Brembo Big Brake Kit, 14” Cross Drilled Rotors • VetteNuts Premium Insulation/Sound Deadening Kit • Elite Engineering 1/4” Ceramic Coated and Insulated Tunnel Plate • Seat bladders replaced with medical grade blood pressure cuffs Needs: • Power Steering Rack Rebuild (Small leak from driver side rack, pump is fine) • Insulation Back Half Installed (Included in Sale) • New Rear Fenders Installed (Installing 1 Aug) Comes with: • Receipts for most of the major upgrades • Car Cover http://img.galantvr4.org/167000/167203-0-0-0.jpg

SJ EVO 1x10 I picked it up as a demo bike for a song. I couldn't pass it up and wanted to make the jump to 29'r. The only one I bought new is the CAAD9, all the others are eBay or second hand. I've got over 2600 miles in this year so far, so it's safe to say I ride a bit. Also explains why the Quest is covered in dust and has only been out once this year.

  8. Did you try keeping the ride height stock and softening up the valving?
  9. For the record, I'll be ruing my car in the future.
  10. http://www.bigskycarcovers.com/ I've had one of these for probably 18 years. It's held up very well.
  11. Drive down without a hood on and then install this one for the drive home. I picked one up in San Diego from AZ like that many moons ago.
