I pick up this car with 120k miles the distributor is out of it and owner cannot find it... His story is he was driving down the road last month in it said it was doing fine then all the sudden it had a lose of power and would fall on its face. I dont think its the head gasket antifreeze and oil look brand new he said he ran it home which was 30 miles if it was headgasket it would have been nasty and milky oil, if I had to guess it is something electrical or vaccum line maybe even the vaccum advance on distributor at any rate This is where you guys come in I know nothing about flattys and alot about fatties they dont look to much diffrent but what should I look out for ps I saved this car from the scrap yard that being said its a pretty rust free car that looks good no dents also a clean and technica edition everything works and is still one owner title there from 1985 so if I have to I can part it out but I would like to get it running again po has done alot of work to make it run reminds me of my starion.
