well, i got everything off, but for some reason, no matter how hard i pull, and tap on it it wont budge. i thought it was for awhile, then i got mad and came in here to ask about whgat i may be doing wrong. idk what it could be, i just been trying to pull and tug it off. its really makin me frustrated. so what do you guys thing?

yeah man, are you gonna buy it? i hope you do. i hate to seet his car just get junked. i think its too nice of a Conquest with alotta potential. Even if you were to just get parts off of it, a few goodies, it would be alotta fun to work on this in your spare time and dump alittle bit of money in it at a time. wish i had a garage and money....... :cry:

Dude, where in dundalk is this car? i live in dundalk, and i could maybe get a few friends to go and look at it. i wish i could buy this one and i just bought one! Seems like a great car. if i were you, id get it fixed and drive it myself everyday. i do.

well, thats why i always check with SQ club before i do most anything. Because people i always ask/hear things from always turn out to not know what they're talkin about. i was told that they are extremely hard to remove and you almost cant do it without that tool. (unless you smack yourself in the face with your steering wheel)

isnt it true that they had to make the Delta SLOWER to compete in Rally? thats what i heard.......thats pretty amazing. :shock:

lol that was funny. I installed it today. Yeah it was a female. So i just spliced the wire and fitted it with what MSD gave me, then i clamped, plugged it in, and the car runs great. even better. stars up without cranking but once or twice. the power steering is alittle easier, and the quest is alot more powerfull. thanks alot for all the help. 8)

i just bought a DSM steering wheel, and i wanted to know how hard it was to pull out an 87 wheel WITHOUT a steering wheel puller. my brother did it with an 89 without the steering wheel, but my friend says that you risk breaking something. i was just checkin with you all before i went ahead and did it myself. im not gonna buy a steering wheel puller for two reasons.....i might not HAVE to use one, and i dont have the money to buy stuff if i could just do it for free. thanks guys. -Broken

i just bought one of these from summitracing.com and the directions say that im gonna need a ballast resistor for the positive wire. where do you get one and how much? just a local autoparts store? (im too lazy to go there and find out myself) thanx -Broken

i raced a newer mustang GT the other day myself. he stayed behind me but i stayed in front of him.

if you want it to have a good home, im sure you can find it one here. But IF you get no buyers by say, when you need it gone, you can always GIVE it to someone on here that will give it a great home guaranteed. (just so you or none of us will have to see/hear about it goin to any crusher or anything) Try parting it out or something. -BrokenquestTSi
