Black 89 SHP 5spd Quest in NY $3000 obo

**EDIT** New lower price. The engine has a spun bearing all else seems fine. It was still pulling strong & still drivable (though not recommended). Don't have the time, money or desire to fix this. Being sold at $3000 obo as is. I've invested much more than $3000 in parts!

 

New lower price, plus I've replaced the tranny & air dam (no cracks), plus I've added an HKS EVC.

 

Well I'm selling my toy! It's been a fun, but expensive hobby. Need to get myself out of debt!

 

I've put nearly $5000 into this car (not counting the cost of the car!) over the past year so please be reasonable with your offers!

-52mm Throttle Body

-Stainless Steel braided Brake lines

-HKS EVC

-APC Conical Air Filter

-3in GM MAF

-MAF Translator

-Walbro Fuel Pump

-*DM AHP

-1G Bypass Valve going to the *DM AHP

-Trilogy Injectors

-Original SHP Shocks up front

-KYB GR2's in the rear (I still have the original rear SHP shocks in case someone wants to rebuild them)

-Stedebani Short-Throw shifter

-Stedebani Rear end mounts

-Interior in excellent condition for am 18 yr old car (The front seats have the usual wear, but the rear seats are perfect!)

-Extra distributor w/ new cap, rotor, & wires

 

The Minuses...

 

-Several dings & scratches

-A little rust on the quarter panels and the frame rails (nothing major)

-Needs new front tires

-One of the front wheels are 7in rims instead of the SHP 8's. I bought the car this way so I can't explain why, but it does not effect the handling.

-FM Radio does not work (Cassette and AM radio ok)[/b]

I still have the car. There are a couple of interior pictures on the link in the original post. What parts of the interior are you interested in? All of the ineterior (except for the front seats) is in excellent condition.

 

I just replaced the front airdam with a complete one (not cracked anywhere). I need to wash the car then I'll post some updated pictures. I also replaced the tranny (no more grinding when down-shfiting from 2nd to 1st).

 

I also have most of the components to convert to MPI (FIP ecu, MSD, modified Magna intake and 65mm Ford TB). I could add that in for the right price. If the car does not sell I will just keep it and convert to MPI in the Spring.
