nismo_bill Posted July 1, 2006 Report Share Posted July 1, 2006 Hi all i have an 88 tsi 5speed that caught on fire. i toasted a lot of wires and such. there is no place to find theses wires. so i was wondering if anyone has leftover throttle body wiring.. pretty much all the wiring from the right side of the engine bay got melted and fused together. thankfully she still turns over and starts with starting fluid. but i really need wiring i will pay for it. please help!!! DanMitsu Posted July 2, 2006 Report Share Posted July 2, 2006 Go to the section of Parts Wanted- im sure someone has them for you. Re-Wirring isnt as big of job as your thinking. Talk to the one who is giving it you to make sure they cut it back far enough to allow the room you will need to splice it together. Sorry to hear, been there done that.
