Dan Posted December 7, 2004 Report Share Posted December 7, 2004 Would it be possible to give users a choice (in their profile) whether they receive multiple notifications per day regarding topic replies versus one notification per day regardless of the volume of replies to one subject? Depending on the volume of replies one specific thread generates within a single day, I sometimes find my email account loaded with several notifications. I understand there must be more important issues at hand that supersede email notifications, but maybe this option can be incorporated into a future website update. Example... Default Thread Subscription Mode: When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread. Default Thread Subscription Mode: Do not subscribe - No email notification - Instant email notification - Daily email notification - Weekly email notification Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
