hondaiceman
I never had a problem till now and well it leaks from where you connect the hose at the top. Didn't leak when i took the raditor out so i'm kinda ticked to say the least. So i was looking for replacements and didn't see the aluminum one on ebay i used to see all the time and i found a stock one. So just checking to see if anyone on here has one and how much and will you trade i have lots of things i can trade for it LMK. Colin
I bought this one a week agohttp://www.ebay.com/itm/APDI-Center-Radiator-8010086-/380521032354?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Year%3A1988%7CMake%3AMitsubishi%7CModel%3AStarion%7CSubmodel%3AESi-R%7CEngine+-+Liter_Display%3A2.6L&hash=item5898d22aa2&vxp=mtrI had to take it to my local radiator shop to get the bottom hose tube turned down farther and the coolant temp sensors put into the bottom tank. Total investment was about $280 for a brand new radiator
hondaiceman
I seen this one also, Then only reason we need temp sensors is to turn the fans on right?? I can just wire up a switch with a relay correct, and solve that problem?

hondaiceman
Turns out it was a massive amount of corrosion where rad hose go on, it leaked there, looked like it was coming fom the seem right under rad hose. Problem solved and bullet dodged!! Trade is still on with Mr. starion for many other parts.
