greatscot72 Posted July 6, 2011 Report Share Posted July 6, 2011 I just got an 86 strarion, i'm trying to get a few answers to a few minor problems it has Rev counter isn't working fuel gauge isn't working The boost gauge wasn't working but is now! don't ask me what changed with that The previous owner told me he dropped the fuel tank and messed with what he described as 2 skinny pieces of copper that he says work the fuel gauge needle. Does that sound about rite? Also the fuel pump whines after the car has been running for a little while, what is that all about?
