sounds like a bad secondary injector, green top I think, or the injector clips are switched so the smaller primary is trying to do the job of the larger secondary.

 

 

is that 100 hundred percent the problem and if so how much for the part and the guy said it just started doing it and how difficult is it to fix

I know changing the clips can solve a lot of problems with these injection systems, but not all. If it was running ok before, then all the sudden the problem came up, than I would lean more toward dirty/faulty injectors. Clips are cheap enough to replace, but you will have to solder them in...to do it right anyway. There are some pretty good articles regarding this very topic if you "search" for them in here. I found out a lot of great info.
