I just finished replacing the radiator, water pump, power steering line.

I removed the battery, belts, air can.

I reconnected everything back in, checked anything I disconnected, put on the belts, tightened them right

Put the key in, hit ignition, nothing. I hear some clicks, my headlights pop up for some reason. all the headlight buttons are off, but they pop up.

Wont turn over. Battery meter is 1/4th down... is it too low?

I didnt touch anything electrical, what could this be?

Sounds like the factory alarm might be trying to go off.

Use the ignition key to lock/unlock both doors and try again - that resets the alarm.

If it's still screwed up, did you by any chance ever have the battery hooked up backwards for even a split second? If so, the ETACS module (alarm and other stuff) is fried.

A battery that won't maintain at least 10 volts while cranking is garbage.
