  1. The elbows are about 1" thick. All we carry is stainless steel parts.
  2. Majority of manifolds out there are made from Sch10 piping 1 1/2". We have the bends and 4-1 merge collector instock if needed.
  3. We will need a car here to do it. Simple. We wont release something we do without having the test bench here and make sure fitment is 100%
  4. Sorry for not giving any responses but from what we gathered, no one wanted anything more to do with this so we didnt check the thread anymore. We sent PM's to all the participants that were interested to get it rolling but no one responded so we quit checking on this thread.
  5. I think its pretty clear cut and dry on the 1st post on what is the "DIY" kit and what it comes with. I included the pictures to show what IT COULD look like once its all said and done. Like stated, if we precut everything, we might as well just make the whole manifold. As far as I have searched,no one has massively produced the exhaust flange but we are willing to do it only at only 10. Most places will charge alot of a one off or will require alot more. We are using the capabilites in house to help the community.
  6. I guess people missed out where it says its a DIY. Im sorry you guys feel that its not worthy but we have sold tons of these kits for other makes and models. Last time I checked DIY is do it yourself. If you guys want a complete tubular stainless steel manifold, you will pay in the upwards of 700+. If you guys dont like this, then I will let the thread go.
  7. Its a DIY (Do-it yourself) Kit so no the pipes are not precut. We include enough pipe and material for you to build a complete manifold.
  8. **** Updated 11/09 1 buyer backed out so we need 1 more ****
  9. Ok we've got 10 now! Now if anyone has a head they can donate to send to us for us to probe it to make the headflange we are golden. Once that is confirmed, we will need 50% deposit from everyone to get it rolling. Headflanges will be done is a day or 2 here and then the kits will be put together.
  10. Wont need any deposits till there is a confirmed 10 buyers.
  11. Professor-you have been added thanks! 6 total 1 pending 5 confirmed buyers.
  12. We've got someone willing to donate a head to us. Now all we need is 10 confirmed buyers
  13. Probably not. May want to look into a twin disc for that.
  14. We got a deal on some of these clutches for the G54B. We need 5 buyers to confirm this deal. Mix & match on Stage 1 or 2 thick or thin Exedy Stage 1 - 350.00 shipped http://www.exedyusa.com/multimedia/images/organic_250_race.jpg EXEDY organic racing clutches only use premium friction materials that are resistant to slippage and burst. Increased clamp loads give the necessary capacity to handle modified engines. This is the preferred clutch for street and light horsepower track use. Driveability is similar to the stock clutch. Pedal efforts will be slightly higher because of the higher clamp loads. All of our clutch discs have spring center dampers to reduce drivetrain shock. Exedy Stage 2 - 450.00 shipped http://www.exedyusa.com/multimedia/images/stage2_250_race.jpg EXEDY cerametallic clutches are designed to handle the abuse of high powered modified engines. Our cerametallic friction material can handle much more slippage than stock type disc assemblies without slipping and fading. All cerametallic discs feature spring center dampers to reduce impact and shock loads. We offer two types of cerametallic discs: * Normal Thickness (Thick) * Reduced Thickness (Thin) Normal thickness discs have greater heat capacity and therefore better durability in demanding applications such as all wheel drive. Reduced thickness discs offer greatly reduced inertia to improve shift efforts and improve synchro durability. These discs are approximately 1/2 the thickness of a stock disc and are recommended for track use only.
