Converting our rims to 17" not upgrade to new 17" rims

I was looking the other day at our wheels. They are of two piece welded design. So in theory we should be able to cut out the center piece and find a suitable 17" outer section from one of the rim manufactures that make custom wheels to reweld our centers too. Any one interested in something like that.

driver side front wheel hits inside fender well on quick rt turns

car is a 88 Quest SHP,struts were replaced 40000 miles ago or about 10 yrs ago..car has about 81000 miles on it.It sounds like the car is bottoming out ,but in the front. any ideas y this is happening ? all the struts are set at #6.thanx
Comcast broadband issues

I just moved and got cable net through Comcast. I opted for their "30 Mbp/s" plan, and it sucks. I see random loss of internet (usually when streaming Netflix or gaming), and my speeds are spotty. For example, today I spent some time on speedtest.net and my average speeds were between 2 and 5 Mbp/s, but I saw spikes up to 20 at random intervals. My previous net experience with PenTeleData cable was that I would get about what I paid for, maybe a little less at peak hours. I have a Motorola S
