Headlights stuck up?!

Hey guys, I wanted to ask a quick question about my headlights not going down. I drove to class the other day and turned my headlights on, both went up as expected and the lights turned on. I park the car and I notice the lights didn't retract so I hit the button to manually do it. No go for that, so I turned the lights off and back on... again nothing. Basically went up and wont go down. I did a search on the forums and came up with nothing, I also did a google search of the forums and nope. I

So I am tracking my electrical gremlins and I find this "fix" from one of the mechanix. I remember a black box being here with some kind of fuse or link. Looks like they hard lined it and added some smaller wire(black) to the white wire (larger) I felt this after starting the engine and looking for crap and it was already friggin hot to the touch so question is do I put a fuse between battery post and if so what kind and what does this white wire go to? Alternator? and don't get me started on a
Female connector to fusible link box

Any one got this? I need the black female connector comming from behind the relay rail going into the black fusible link box. Mine decided to fry a while back and crumble.

So every G54B I've owned I've had issues with from mechanical to electrical. Well I love my owning a turbocharged Mighty Max i am tired of the 54B though. So I'm fairly certain I'm buying a 1JZ GTTE drivetrain. I'm looking to get an idea on the shifter position of the r154 compared to the starion. I understand the mighty max shifter is shorter than the Starion. Also i believe motor mounts are the same from starion to max but not sure. Also where is the exhaust location on a Starion? A *DM
