Two fans stopped working and im not sure why. Did they just both break or is it a grounding issue?

So hello my friends, I need help finding a good reliable company to get a car shipped through. From Idaho to Pennsylvania.   Or if anyone needs a vehicle brought along similar rought I have a friend willing to help me out just would need second party to help cut cost.   If I were to do it, it would cost roughly $1,300-2,000.   Shipping was anywhere $600-$2,000 but i wanna help from you friends on reliable sources.
